Well, I don't know what the situation is, but sometimes it takes more than "I'm sorry" to relieve the hurt feelings - it may just take some time for her to calm down, but it may take showing her that you really mean you're sorry & that you'll again do whatever it was that upset her in the first place.
In the meantime - sit back, relax, enjoy your time here & listen to some Jovi!

okay does she understand why you said you were sorry? Did you explain why you were sorry? Sometimes saying hey Sally, I'm sorry just doesn't cut it. saying Sally, I understand why you got upset, but I didn't mean to upset you. I'm sorry. Works a little better.
