On August 16,2014 I' m taking part in Champion the cure

On August 16,2014 I'm taking part in the Eastern Maine Medical Center (It's located in Bangor,Maine) Champion the cure challenge 2014.
I'm doing this in honor of my Aunt Betty and my Aunt Gert. As well as in memory of my grandfather Dr. Bourcard Nesin and my Aunt Janet. |'m doing the 1 k walk as part of team Gert Strong.

I forgot to metion when I posted this topic,that this event is begin held to raise money for cancer research,

The Eastern Maine Medical Center champion the cure chagange is over. I started off doing the 1k walk but missed the turn around for that walk and ended up doing the 5k walk instead.
It was long but at least it was nice and sunny outside.
Alot of money was rasied for the event.Just can't remember the exect amout that was rasised.
