I travled from upstate NY to Columbus Ohio to hang with my best friend(fellow Jovi fantic)then we went to the show together in Pitts.It was amazing...here's my review...
Ok my turn to write a review!First however I would like to thank my best friend for helping make this happen,the concert made me forgot about all the crap I have been through,that stuff doesn't seem important anymore,this experience has forever changed my life,so my Jovi sista from the bottom of my heart thank you girlie,you rule,love ya!
Alrighty now..onto the show.I surprisingly had NO panic attacks(which I was shocked at cause I have them over everything),my mind was on the prize....JON.So we get to our seats and I am like
..I could actually make out all the details of the stage and didn't need to look at big screens or through binoculars,it was to freaking kool!I kept look at the top of the arena and thanking god that for once in my life I wasn't up there,although with this stage set up and the multiple moving big screen I don't think there was a bad seat in the place(my previous shows the big screen was no help,still couldn't make much out)
7:30 the house lights go down,Daughtry takes the stage,the were good,it was obvious that they are little inexperienced,but they still gave a kick a$$ show,I see them going far!One kool part during Daughtry was when Chris had everyone in the audience take a pic at the same time,it was kool seeing all the flashes going off at once!
Now on to the moment I have waited 13 years for!The house lights go down again,the big screen flashes these kool heart graphics,then the music to Lost Highway starts,the band hits the stage.Jon of course came out last,when he came bouncing out all smilies and I realized that I could actually SEE Jon Freaking Bon Jovi with my very own eyes..well I think I died and went to Jovi heaven..I just gotta say that pictures DO NOT do that man justice..he is soooooooooooo freaking beautiful it took my breath away!The passion,emotion and energy that man shows during his performance is amazing,he is so good at what he does,I love how he "plays" with the crowd and finds ways to make everyone in the place feel so special.
The first highlight of the show for me was We Got It Goin' On(my fave off of LH).OMG,OMG,OMFG..I got to see him shake that beautiful money maker of his..yum!The graphics the had on the screen during that song where sooooooooooooo kool,during the lyrics "rattle your bones.." they actually showed a skeleton!The part of where he said to the audience..I wanna hear ya scream,well that was just awesome to be a part of that!
The second highlight of the night and THE best moment in my life....Jon came on to the platform,which was about 10 feet or less from us...I once again died and went to Jovi heaven!everyone around us of course was going nuts trying to get his attention(me and my friend included)well at point there was a clear path(no ones hands or heads in the way)between us and Jon and he looked at us and smiled!OMFG...I looked Jon freaking Bon Jovi STRAIGHT in the eyes dead on look!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHH,that image will forever be burned into my mind!
The whole show was absolutely amazing.The lights,the stage,the graphics on the screens,the band,the crowd,the set list(it was also very kool to hear miss 4th of July and Blood Money)just every aspect of it was just WOW...I didn't cry during the show..I felt like a deer in the headlights...I was just in awe of everything!What an amazing night..Bon Jovi rules forever and I just gotta say again..Jon is freaking beautiful.Can I do it again,please..I think I am addicted to being in seats like that now(row 15)!
