Funny how we all have different opinions. lol. I actually think it's the worse one so far.
Maybe because I'm not a huge fan of LH.......and really don't like the songs....ILTT, strangers or seat next to you. And disappointed not to see a Richie solo too. But they played some good ones too!!!!!!!!!

Even without a solo from Richie this was one of the most amazing and memorable nights of my life. He almost didn't need one...the whole first half of the show was him on so many different levels. The band obviously loves everything about this album (what it means to them...Richie in particular) and they LOVE performing the songs. The audience was into all of it and One Step Closer had me in tears. Listening to Jon talk about the songs (from LH) from a more 'off the cuff' perspective than on the A&E thingy really made them even more special. Watching Richie during Seat Next To You had me in tears for the first time and I hadn't even read his words in the tourbook yet! LOL! But to watch him look up and just simply mouth -
"when you get to the gates and the angels sing... go to that place where the church bells ring... know I'll come runnin'...runnin' to find you...."
Holy hell....it wasn't just sniffles...it was full blown tears.
I LOOOOOOVE the album and had hoped that out of the 4 shows I attended that I'd get the full album at one of them. It was a night that I'll forever hold dear to my heart.
