I had a blast at the show even thought I couldn't bring my sign in to the staduim because it was too big and against the staduim rules to have a sign bigger than a legal note pad. (I brought the sign home and put it in my room. The sign is on a specail black pastic corogated paper and it says Bon Jovi Rocks and Rulzes on oneside in bright yellow and Superman Tonight on the otherside with a big Superman logo on the side also in bright yellow. Forgive me if my review is a little fuzzy my mind is still in Jovi land. )
The concert started at 7pm with a local band that I only saw briefly after getting to my seat on the field in section B row 20.
Bon Jovi came on stage a little after nine that night and started their set with Blood on Blood as the sweat started runing down their faces from the weather being so hot and humid.
After they played We weren't Born to Follow,You Give Love A Bad Name, Born to be My Baby. Jon was being silly and started talking about football season starting and that he had inside information on the Patriots up coming season starting with the offence then he walked away from the microphone stil; talking then came back and started talking about the defence walking away from his microphone again still talking. He came back to his microphone and said just doing some stick and you didn't pay to hear me tell corny jokes you payed to hear me sing and shake my ass. (That is what he did at the start of We Got It Going On. )
I got week in the knees when Richie was singing Lay Your Hands on Me with a stained glass window paterner on the screens behind him.
By the end of the concert I was worn out but it was worth it for our favortie men. I do plain on going again the next time that they are playing at Gillette Staduim or in Boston.
I just got home yesterday and still worn out from the long trip to Foxboro and then to go vist my youngest cousin for a short while before contuing home.
I do have lots of pictures from the concert that my mom took with her digtal camera. I'll share some with everyone once I have some on my mini notebook.
