Okay, so this isn't entirely non-jovi, but I wasn't sure where else to put this; sorry moderators.
So I'm sure most of you know, or at least might of heard, as I did courtesy of Goddess Hathor - the boys are doing a free concert in Orange Beach, Ala. I am not an Alabama resident, but I'm a Florida resident attending college at The University of West Florida ( a stones throw away from Orange Beach). My problem is this: I would very much like to attend the concert, and I could pay for the hotel room and get the two tickets that way. However, for that the hotel requires a min. two night stay. I haven't looked to see if I could check in Thursday and check out Saturday, but if not I wouldn't check out until Sunday. My problem with that is I have a few major assignments/tests coming up Monday of that following week. I take school very seriously (I'm currently carrying a 3.85 gpa), and I'm not a party person, so quite often I have to remind myself, or be reminded by others that college isn't just academic work. It's about have fun, too.
So, that brings me to my request, is there anyone attending the Orange Beach show that I could pay - a reasonable price - to get me an otherwise free ticket? I know you don't know me, and I don't know you - in fact, I've been a member here for nearly two years and have never met any of you wonderful ladies, but if anyone could help me out I'd very much appreciate it. I'm still going to check into the option of checking in on Thursday and checking out on Saturday so I would at least have most of Saturday and Sunday to attend to school work, but ideally I would prefer to attend the concert on Friday and then drive back.
